You are right, this is a confusing post. But the general idea is very interesting. Well, you should understand that almost every leader of the country wants his country to be rich and powerful. You’ve mentioned here that North Korea is notorious for its nuclear weapons. But doesn’t your country do the same thing. I bet it does. I think nobody wants to spend so much money on such useless thing. But what have the leaders to do if there is no other way to become a powerful country? Your tips are interesting but I don’t think you would used them too if you were the leader of any country.
