Smartass Radio 53: Eddie Van Halen Sucks
In this podcast, James and I take it upon ourselves to tear good ole EVH a new one. We also handle the news that Radiohead insisted “another album will kill us.” Yeah. We’re going for another new gimmick beginning this week. Half hour shows! Like TV!!!
At one point in the podcast I reference and we announce a song contributed to a porno by Mr. Brown Sound. We don’t have any sort of way to do this legally, so here’s a YouTube video of it:

I think I need to correct a few details of your description of the Chuck Schuldiner contest, heh. But a better idea is to go to http://www.EmptyWords.org, the official Death/Schuldiner website, and read the August 7th, 2009 news entry. That’ll explain everything.
Few points: The album is only partially recorded. The funding is to help the other members finish recording their tracks for the album and all the necessary points that come after that (promotion, distribution, etc). The fee is actually 25 dollars, not 30. And while you do get a t-shirt, the contest itself is an essay contest which will be judged by (presumably) the family. Anyway, just check out the site.
