But a better idea is to go to www.EmptyWords.org, the official Death/Schuldiner website, and read the August 7th, 2009 news entry. That'll explain everything. Few points: The album is only partially recorded. The funding is to help the other members finish recording their tracks for the album and all the necessary points that come after that (promotion, distribution, etc). The fee is actually 25 dollars, not 30. And while you do get a t-shirt, the contest itself is an essay contest which will be judged by (presumably) the family. Anyway, just check out the site.
