Smartass Radio Pyramid-Style Contest!!
DJ just told me about this guy, Josh Freese. He’s releasing an album and has set up different tiers of purchasing deals. The cheapest and most basic level gets you a digital copy of the album for $7. The prices and prizes increase from there, until the $75,000 level where you get Mr. Freese as a personal assistant for a couple weeks, an EP written about your life, the chance to take shrooms and cruise Hollywood and much more. I thought to myself, “I should do the same stuff. I have things people might want, don’t I?” I don’t have too much to offer up, but why not offer it up all the same:

Smartass Radio 42: Live Show February 5, 2009
This mess of a radio show is the first of the semester. Topics include Michael Phelps, Bill Gates, and Facebook. Also, we found out that Roy is a racist, sexist, ageist, fatist asshole who thinks strippers are too dumb to be president of the U.S. Please forgive his ignorance.

This is our live show from November 23, 2008. It’s a nice long one featuring our friend MEG!!! She showed up a little late, in the meantime we discussed some other stuff – my pathetic descent into living at home in a few months, Chinese Democracy, etc. Then, Meg showed up and rapped a verse from Limp Bizkit’s “Nookie“, dropped a curse on us and generally add some electicity to the already high energy show. My new job
At first I thought the idea behind a blog was the same as behind a diary – like a Livejournal. So, with that understanding of the concept, I set out to write my first post on the Smartass Radio blog. This is how it turned out:
